Eureka California is 275 miles north of San Francisco, along th Pacific Coast Highway 101. Visitors are overwhelmed by the beauty of the giant redwood groves, untouched coastline, and six wild and scenic rivers. Eureka was founded in 1850 as a shipping center for Trinity gold mines. Eureka's Victorian Heritage is preserved in its Old Town's unique shops, restaurants, galleries and museums. Eureka is dedicated to preserving one of the finest and largest collections of Victorian homes in the world.

Blues By the Bay August 30 & 31 features an amazing line-up of world premier blues musicians in Halvorsen Park Eureka on the beautiful Humboldt Bay.
