  Almost every city in the United States has a commercial airport with in a hour and a half drive of it. Many large cities will have two, three and sometimes even five commercial airports.  Most major European and Asian Carriers fly to the United States . Most South American and Caribbean Carriers fly to the United States also. Some African Carriers like Egypt Air and South African Airways fly to the US too.
From Europe : It is very easy to arrive to the United States from Western Europe as many airports have non stop flights from Western European Countries with either domestic or International Carriers. London-USA flights are the most popular. more..
